At the time of hearing, before us, the learned counsel, Shri Bipin Jariwala, on behalf of the assessee, stated that he has been instructed by the assessee to withdraw this appeal, hence, assessee did not wish to press this appeal, to which, the learned CIT-DR did not raise any objection.
