Date of Hearing : 10.01.2022 Date of Pronouncement : 10.01.2022 O R D E R PER BENCH: These appeals are directed against the order dated 30.10.2018 passed by Ld CIT(A), Kalaburagi and they relate to the assessment years 2013-14 & 2014-15. 2. The assessee has sent a mail to the Registry stating that the assessee has opted to settle the dispute in its appeals under Direct Taxes Vivad Se Vishwas Act, 2020. It is further stated that the assessee has filed Form No.1 & 2 for the appeals filed by the assessee and it has also received Form No.3. Accordingly it is submitted both the appeals of the assessee may be dismissed as withdrawn. ITA Nos.46 & 47/Bang/2019 Sri Satish C. Kandkur, Yadgir Page 2 of 2 3. Since both the appeals have been settled under the Direct Taxes Vivad Se Vishwas Act, 2020, we dismiss both the appeals as withdrawn. However, we give liberty to both the parties to seek recall of this order in respect of any of or both the appeals in accordance with law, if the circumstances so warrant. 4.
