CIT(A) in short) against the order of assessment passed u/s.143(3) 263 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (hereinafter referred to as Act) dated 29/12/2016 by the ld. Asst. Commissioner of Income-tax- 1(3)(1), Mumbai (hereinafter referred to as ld. AO). ITA No. 4766/Mum/2019 M/s. Stillwater Defence Textile Tech Pvt Ltd., 2 2. The ld. AR for the assessee filed a letter dated 02/11/2022 seeking permission for withdrawal of the appeal.
