Before us, the assessee has filed a letter dated 08.10.2021 seeking withdrawal of the appeal. The relevant contents of such letter reads as under : “The appeal for aforesaid year is pending before the Hon. ITAT. The appellant has exercised its option under Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme (VSVS) (Form 3 of VSVS attached). The appellant has already paid the amount of tax of Rs.11,480/- (Challan attached).
