ITO, Ward-1(2) ITA No.49 /RPR/2020 आदेश / ORDER PER RAVISH SOOD, JM: The present appeal filed by the assessee is directed against the order passed by the CIT(Appeals)-1, Raipur dated 03.07.2019, which in turn arises from the order passed by the A.O under Sec.143(3) of the Income- tax Act, 1961 (for short ‘the Act’) dated 24.12.2016 for assessment year 2014-15. 2. At the very outset of hearing of the appeal, it was stated by the Ld. Authorized Representative (for short ‘AR’) that he seeks to withdraw the instant appeal. 3. The Ld. DR did not raise any objection to the seeking of withdrawal of appeal filed by the assessee. 4. After having heard the parties herein, the appeal filed by the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of our aforesaid observations. 5.
