AR of the assessee filed a letter dated 11 th August, 2023 that assessee has opted for Vivad Se Vishwas Act, 2020. The Department has issued Form No. 5 to the assessee. Assessee had enclosed copy of the same. The assessee requested to withdraw the appeal. The copy of the letter is as under:- ITA No.508/JODH/2018 Shri Dayakara Reddy Karavalla 2 3. The Ld. DR has not objected to the withdrawal of the appeal. Accordingly, the assessee is allowed to withdraw the appeal. 4. In the result, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
