The Ld. AR for the assessee, vide letter dated 18 th August, 2022 has requested for withdrawal of the appeals on the ground that the assessee has opted to settle the dispute relating to the tax arrears for the assessment years under consideration under the Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme, 2020 and Hemant Vasisht, Plot No. 339/2,3, Mehrauli Road, Opp. SBI, Gurgaon Haryana-122001 PAN ACZPV4871B Vs. ITO ward-2(1) Gurgaon. (Appellant) (Respondent) Assessee by: Written application Department by : Shri M. In view of the above, we accept the request of the assessee for withdrawal of the appeals and the appeals are dismissed as withdrawn. 5. In the result, the appeals of the assessee are dismissed.
