GARG, JM: These appeals filed by the assessees are directed against the orders dated 19.12.2019 of the CIT(A), Faridabad, relating to the assessment year 2014-15. 2. None appeared on behalf of the assessees at the time of hearing. However, applications have been filed by the assessees seeking withdrawal of the appeals on the ground that the assessees have opted to settle the dispute relating to the tax ITA No.538 & 539/Del/2020 2 arrears for the assessment year under consideration under the Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme, 2020. The assessees have also obtained Form No.5 from the Department copies of which were enclosed along with the applications. It is accordingly requested in the applications that the appeals may be allowed to be withdrawn. 3. In the absence of any objection from the ld. DR, the request of the assessees for withdrawal of the appeals is allowed. Accordingly, the appeals filed by the assessees are dismissed. 4.
