Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals)- 1, Aurangabad dated 10.01.2019 for the assessment year 2015-16. 2. When the matter had come up for hearing today, none appeared on behalf of the respondent-assessee despite due service of notice of hearing. However, the respondent-assessee filed a letter through email on 23.08.2022 stating that the issues involved in the appeal of the Revenue stand settled under the Vivad Se Vishwas Revenue by : Shri Ramnath P. Murkunde Assessee by : None Date of hearing : 25.08.2022 Date of pronouncement : 25.08.2022 ITA No.542/PUN/2019 2 Scheme, 2020. The respondent-assessee also filed copy of Form No.5 issued by the Pr. Commissioner of Income Tax-1, Nashik. 3. On the other hand, the ld. Department Representative had expressed no objection to permit the withdrawal of the appeal. 4. In the circumstances, we hereby grant permission to the respondent-assessee to withdraw the Revenue’s appeal. Accordingly, the above captioned appeal filed by the Revenue stands dismissed as withdrawn. 5. In the result, the appeal filed by the Revenue stands dismissed as withdrawn.
