On this date of virtual hearing, at the outset, without going into the merits of the case, the Ld. AR adverting to appellant’s consolidated withdrawal application dt. 05/12/2023 has reiterated its contents and prayed for withdrawal of these appeals. Recording no objection from the Revenue we allow this withdrawal prayer of the appellant and order accordingly. 3. In result, this bunch of three appeals is DISMISSED AS WITHDRAWN.
