That the appeal relates to an old year and due to multiple changes in the accounts and finance team of the Appellant company, it has not been possible for it to collate the necessary information and documentary evidences from its old accounts records to support the grounds of appeal involved. 2. That under the above circumstances and also considering the fact that no demand is involved in this year, the appellant hereby choose to not press all the grounds of appeal Le Ground No. 1 to 7.
