VARKEY, JM: This is an appeal preferred by the assessee against the order of the Ld Commissioner of Income Tax(A)-38, Mumbai dated 08.02.2019 for assessment year 2013-14. 2. At the outset, it is noted that eleven (11) times appeal was listed for hearing before this Tribunal. But, we note from perusal of the order-sheet entries that other than filing a letter for adjournment on 10.01.2022, there has been no representation from the part of the assessee. Even though, we note that the appeal was fixed several times for hearing, there is no relevant documents/written submission filed on behalf of the assessee before us to adjudicate the grounds of appeal before us. Therefore, we are inclined to dismiss the appeal of the assessee.
