The assessee has also preferred stay petition. The relevant assessment year is 2015-2016. 2. At the time of hearing before us, the learned Counsel for the assessee requested for withdrawal of the appeal. The learned Departmental Representative did not raise any objection for withdrawing the appeal by the assessee. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal filed by the assessee as withdrawn. ITA No.59 and SA No.12/Coch/2021. Sri.Mathew Thomas Manjooran. 2 3. Since the appeal is disposed of, the stay petition filed by the assessee becomes infructuous and the same dismissed. 4.
