The relevant assessment year is 2022-2023. 2. At the time of hearing before us, the assessee has placed on record an application dated 28.02.2024, requesting for the permission to withdraw its appeal. The learned Departmental Representative did not raise any objection to such prayer. We, therefore, permit the assessee to withdraw its appeal, which hereby stands dismissed as withdrawn.
