It is requested that the appeal may kindly be allowed to withdrawn since the assessee is not interest to pursue the appeal. In view of the above submissions it is requested the appeal may kindly be taken as withdrawn.” 3. The Ld. D.R. has no objection. 4. Accordingly, the Ld. Counsel is allowed to withdraw the appeal. 5.
