On the date of hearing, Ld. A.R., Shri Nippun Mittal filed a letter submitting that assessee wants to withdraw the appeals as the assessee is not interested in pursuing the appeals. Revenue has no objection in assessee withdrawing the appeal. 3. We have heard the rival submissions and perused the material on record. In view of the aforesaid request of Ld. A.R, the appeals of the assessee are dismissed as withdrawn. 4. In the result, both the appeals of the assessee are dismissed.
