AR for the assessee has filed a letter dated 28 th March, 2023 requesting for withdrawal of the appeal on the ground that the assessee has opted to settle the dispute relating to the tax arrears for the assessment year under consideration under the Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme, 2020 and the order for full and final settlement of tax arrear in Form No. 5 has already been issued by the Department.
