Durga Rao, Judicial Member : These two appeals filed by the assessee are directed against the orders of the Learned Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals)-1, Chennai dated 26.02.2018 & 07.03.2019 relevant to the Assessment Year 2014-15. I.T.A Nos.1133/Chny/2018 & 724/Chny/2019 :- 2 -: 2. When these appeals were taken up for hearing, the ld. Counsel for the assessee has submitted that the assessee is not interested in prosecting both the appeals and thus, the ld. counsel prayed for permission to withdraw the appeals filed by the assessee. 3. In view of the above submissions of the ld. Counsel for the assessee and there being no objection raised by the ld. DR, both the appeals filed by the assessee are dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
