The assessee has submitted an application dated 8.11.2021, through email, received by the Registry of this Office on 8.11.2021, vide which it has been submitted that the ld. PCIT, Allahabad has passed an order in Form No.5, dated 12.1.2021 for full and final settlement of tax arrears under section 5(2) read with section 6 of the DTVSVA, 2020 for assessment year 2010-, therefore, the assessee wants to withdraw the appeal. The Ld. DR has no objection. Accordingly, I permit the assessee to withdraw the appeal. 3. In the result, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
