The Ld. Authorized Representative submits that the assessee has opted to settle the dispute relating to the tax arrears for the 770 2 ITA No.770/Del/2019 assessment year under consideration under The Direct Tax Vivad se Vishwas Act,2020. It has been stated that the necessary declaration in accordance with Section 4 of The Direct Tax Vivad se Vishwas Act, 2020 has been filed by the assessee and that Form-5 has been issued under Section 5(2) read with Section 6 of the Direct Tax Vivad Se Vishwas Act, 2020 has also been received. 3. Considering the aforesaid situation, the captioned appeal is consigned to the records and treated as dismissed. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Order pronounced in the open court on 14.03.2022, immediately after conclusion of the hearing.
