At the outset, the ld. Authorised Representative made a statement at the Bar that the appellant company filed appeal against the impugned order twice, one through online e-filing and the other in physical mode, thus resulting in duplication. Therefore, the appellant company intends to withdraw the present appeal filed by it. 3. On the other hand, the ld.
