The assessee filed a written submission with the following observation: “The hearing in the above referred appeal is fixed on 19.04.2023 before Bench-D against the Order passed under Section 263. As the order under Section 143(3) read with Section 263 has been passed without making any addition. We hereby withdraw the above referred appeal.” ITA no.86/AHD/2023 Asstt. Year 2017-18 2 3. Thus, in view of the above submission made by the assessee, expressing its willingness in not proceeding with this appeal, and no objection from the Ld.
