The Assessee filed letter dated 11.10.2022 seeking permission to withdraw this penalty appeal as the quantum appeal in ITA No. 612/Del/2016 has been settled in Vivad se Vishwas Scheme, 2020 and Form No. 3 has already been submitted by the assessee. Assessee also stated that he has deposited Rs.9,60,157/- vide Challan No. 00004 dated 31.05.2021 towards payment of taxes under the scheme as determined in I.T.A.No.8662/Del/2019 2 Form-3. In view of the above submissions the assessee is permitted to withdraw his appeal 3. In the result, appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
