The assessee does not wish to further litigate the matter and withdraw the appeal due to the settlement of the tax dispute under the Direct Tax Vivad se Vishwas Scheme. A letter dated 17.03.2023 filed by the assessee is placed on record. 3. Ld. JCIT DR has no objection in this regard. 4. We have heard Ld. JCIT DR on behalf of the Revneue and perused the material available on record. In view of the prayer made by the assessee vide letter dated 17.03.2023, ITA No.876/JP/2019 [Assessment Year 2014-15] is permitted to be withdrawn.
