At the time of hearing of appeal of the assessee, a written request vide application dated 01.04.2022 filed by assessee was referred to by the Ld. Authorized Representative seeking permission to withdraw the captioned appeal of the assessee. Ld. Departmental Representative for the Revenue did not express any objection in this regard. Accordingly, the prayer of the assessee for withdrawal requires to be granted. 3. In the result, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
