CIT(A)-17, Kolkata, vide Appeal No. 37/CIT(A)-17/Kol/17-18 dated 15.03.2019 against the order of Ld. ITO, Ward-3(1), Kolkata passed u/s 144 of the Income-tax Act,1961 (hereinafter referred to as the Act), dated 25.03.2015 for AY 2012-13. 2. At the time of hearing Ld. Counsel for the assessee Shri Anil Kochar submitted that he has received instruction from the assessee to pray for withdrawal of the appeal. Hence, the Ld. Counsel for the assessee made an application before the Bench dated 18.08.2022 praying for withdrawal of the appeal. Ld. CIT (DR) has got no objection to this prayer of the assessee’s Ld. Counsel. Since Ld. CIT, DR has got no objection for withdrawal of the appeal filed by the assessee, we dismiss the appeal of the assessee treating it as withdrawn.
