PCIT-1, Rajkot vide order dated 24.03.2023 passed under Section 263 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”) which, in turn, arises out of an assessment order passed by the A.O. I.T.A No. 95/Rjt/2023 A.Y. 2018-19 Pravinbhai Amarshibhai Parmar vs. PCIT 2 under Section 143(3) r.w.s 143(3A) and 143(3B) of the Act, dated 15.02.2021 for A.Y. 2018-19. 2. Before us, the assessee has submitted an withdrawal application dated 09.05.2024, the assessee hereby pray that the appeal under consideration, filed against the order u/s. 263 of the Act, may kindly be treated as withdrawn and the assessee did not wish to press this appeal, to which, the ld. D.R. did not raise any objection. Consequently, we treat this appeal as withdrawn. 3. In the result, assessee’s appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
