Appellant Respondent आदेश / ORDER PER INTURI RAMA RAO, AM: These are the appeals filed by the assessee directed against the common order of ld. Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals)- 1, Kolhapur dated 16.05.2018 for the assessment years 2011-12 to 2013-14. 2. When the matter had come up for hearing today, the appellant filed a letter seeking adjournment from hearing of appeals. Assessee by : None Revenue by : Shri S. P. Walimbe Date of hearing : 04.08.2022 Date of pronouncement : 04.08.2022 ITA Nos.955 to 957/PUN/2019 2 However, we find that the issues involved in these appeals stand covered under application filed under the Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme, 2020. The appellant also filed copy of Form No.3 issued by the Commissioner of Income TDS, Pune at Kolhapur. 3. On the other hand, the ld. Department Representative had expressed no objection to permit the withdrawal of the appeals. 4. We are inclined to grant the permission to the appellant herein to withdraw the appeals with the liberty to the appellant to revive the appeals proceedings, in the event of the Pr. Commissioner of Income Tax declines to issue Certificate under sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Direct Tax Vivad Se Vishwas Act, 2020 for whatsoever reasons. Accordingly, the appeals stand dismissed as withdrawn. 5. In the result, all the above three appeals filed by the assessee stands dismissed as ‘withdrawn’.
