When the matter was called for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the assessee. No adjournment petition has also been filed. Shri Sanjay Kumar, ld CIT DR appeared for the revenue. 4. The appeals have been filed on 16.5.2023. The appeals were posted for hearing on 17.7.2023, 13.10.2023, 14.11.2023, 1.12.2023 and again on 11.4.2023. Except for one adjournment, which was filed on 1.12.2023, there has been absolutely non-cooperation and non-representation by the assessee. This being so, the appeals filed by the assessee are dismissed for want of prosecution. 5. In the result, appeals of the assessees stand dismissed.
