The learned counsel for the assessee, at the time of hearing, filed a petition dated 10.03.2022 stating that the assessee has instructed him to withdraw the appeal, and 2 IT(TP)A No. 8/Chny/2019 therefore, prayed that assessee may be permitted to withdraw its appeal and same may be dismissed as withdrawn. 3. The learned DR for the Revenue has no objection to withdraw the appeal. 4. In view of the above reasons, we dismiss appeal filed by the assessee as withdrawn.
