The ld. DR fairly conceded to the same. 4. Having heard the rival submissions, we find that the co-ordinate bench has decided the appeal vide order dated 19.11.2025. Keeping in view of the above submissions of the ld. counsel for the assessee, we are of the considered opinion that the cross objections filed by the assessee have become infructuous. 5. In the result, cross objection of the assessee in CO No. 198/DEL/2025 is dismissed. The order is pronounced in the open court on 10.12.2025.
