None has appeared on behalf of the assessee but an application dated 27/06/2022 is placed on record wherein the assessee prayed for withdrawal of their Misc. application. The ld. Sr. DR has raised no objection if the Bench allows to withdraw the assessee’s Misc. application. Therefore, considering the contents of application of assessee dated 27/06/2022, we allow the MA No.15/SRT/2021 M/s Delux Diamonds Vs ITO 2 application of withdrawal of this Misc. application. Accordingly, this Misc. application of assessee is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. 3. In the result, this Misc. application of the assessee is dismissed.
