Learned representatives also fairly agree that the clear inadvertent mistake apparent on record in the order inasmuch as ground no. 16 of the assessee appeal has remained to be disposed of. 3. In view of the above position and being satisfied about the a mistake of ground no. 16 having not being disposed of, we deem it fit and proper to recall the matter for the limited purposes of disposing of the grounds which are taking up for memorandum of appeal but have not been disposed of in the impugned order.
