The assessee filed an application dated 06-01-2023 seeking permission to withdraw the present appeal. The relevant extract of the application reads as under : 2 MA No. 171/PUN/2022, A.Y. 2003-04 “With reference to the captioned subject, the Appellant would like to inform the Honorable Income-tax Appellate Tribunal (‘Hon’ble ITAT’) that it does not wish to pursue the miscellaneous application with No. MA 171/PUN/2022 arising from the appeals ITA No. 583/PUN/2015 and ITA No. 619/PUN/2015. Accordingly, the Appellant humbly requests the Hon’ble ITAT to kindly dismiss the aforesaid appeal as withdrawn.” 3. Shri Suhas Kulkarni, the ld. DR reported no objection in case the assessee wishes to withdraw the appeal. 4. In view of the request made by the assessee the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
