A.R., Shri Anil Bhalla, C.A. filed a letter submitting that assessee-company wants to withdraw the MA as the assessee is not interested in pursuing the MA. Revenue has no objection in assessee withdrawing the MA. Page 2 of 3 3. We have heard the Learned DR and perused the material on record. In view of the aforesaid request of Ld. A.R, the MA of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn. 4. In the result, MA of the assessee is dismissed.
