MA No. 28/Asr/2019 Cranes Polymers P. Ltd. v. Dy.CIT 2 2. The ld. counsel for the assessee-appellant requested to withdraw Miscellaneous Application vide its application dated 29.09.2023 contending as under: “That the assessee herein is no more interested in pursuing the above matter since the issue involved has already been resolved at local level. It is therefore, requested that the assessee be permitted to withdraw the above MA.” 3. The Ld. DR has no objection. 4. Accordingly, the Miscellaneous Application is allowed to be withdrawn. 5.
