The learned counsel for the assessee at the outset contended that the assessee wishes to withdraw the present miscellaneous application. He has also filed an application dated 27.05.2022 to this effect. Accordingly, the learned counsel 2 MA no. 281/Del/2020 Danisco India P. Ltd. Vs. DCIT sought our permission to withdraw the impugned misc. application, filed by the assessee. The Revenue has no objection to the request so made on behalf of the assessee for withdrawal of the misc. application. Accordingly, the assessee is permitted to withdraw the impugned misc. application. 3. The miscellaneous application is dismissed as withdrawn. Order pronounced in open court on 24.06.2022.
