Applicant Respondent CORRIGENDUM Per PARTHA SARATHI CHAUDHURY, JM: The above captioned appeal was disposed of by this Bench vide its Order dated 26-08-2022. Ld. counsel for the assessee has filed an application dated 01-09-2022 praying for issuance of corrigendum as there were typographical mistakes in mentioning the PAN and the name of the assessee‟s counsel. 2. We find that a typographical error has been crept in the order of the Tribunal while mentioning the PAN of the assessee as also the name of the ld. counsel in the cause title. We therefore pass the following corrigendum:- a) PAN number mentioned in the cause-title should be read as “ABPPT7027G” in place of “BBPPT7027G”. b) Name of the assessee‟s counsel should be read as “Mrs. M.N. Kulkarni” in place of “Shri M.N. Kulkarni”. ITA No.336/PUN/2022 John Thomas 2 With the above modifications, the Misc. Application filed by the assessee is disposed of and the remaining order passed on 26/08/2022 is unaltered. 5. In the result, Misc.
