It has been brought to the notice of the Tribunal that inadvertently the assessment year in the order is A.Y.2015-16 instead of A.Y.2016-17. 2 3. We have carefully perused the appeal folder and find that the appeal pertained to A.Y.2016-17 and inadvertently the same has been mentioned as A.Y.2015-16 in the order of the Tribunal. We accordingly rectify the typographical error and clarify that for all intent and purposes ITA No. 7652/Del/2019 order dated 02.12.2021 pertains to A.Y. 2016-17. 4.
