Kanav Bali, Sr. DR Date of hearing 09.09.2022 Date of pronouncement 09.09.2022 O R D E R PER KUL BHARAT, JM: This miscellaneous application has been preferred by the assessee, seeking rectification of the order dated 15.06.2016 passed by the ITAT Delhi Bench “G” in IT(SS) no. 24/Del/2015 for the block period 01.04.1996 to 18.12.2002. 2. Learned counsel for the assessee at the time of hearing pointed out that there is an inadvertent typographical error in the title of the appeal wherein the appeal number and the assessment year has been wrongly mentioned as “IT(SS)A 3074/Del/2013” in place of “IT(SS)A No. 24/Del/2012” and the “assessment year 2009-10” in place of “block period 1.4.1996 to 18.12.2002”. 3. Learned DR fairly conceded that the submissions of the assessee are correct. 2 MA no. 366/Del/2016 4. We have heard the learned Representatives of the parties and perused the material available on record. We find that there is an inadvertent typographical error in mentioning appeal number in the title of the appeal. Same is rectified herein. The title of the appeal may be read as under: “IT(SS)A No. 24/Del/2012 Block period: 01.04.1996 to 18.12.2002. ACIT, Vs. Sushila Milk Specialties Pvt. Central Circle-18, Ltd., 9-Park Area, New Delhi. Gangeshwar Dham Road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi. (PAN: AAFCS2859D) (Appellant) (Resopondent)” 4. Assessee’s misc. application stands allowed. Order pronounced in open court on 09.09.2022.
