According to Revenue the tax effect exceeds Rs. 50 lakhs. - 2 - MA No.392/Ahd/2019(In ITA No.497/A/16) ITO vs. Janki Rice and Solvent Inds Pvt. Ltd. Asst.Year – 2011-12 2. It appears that the tax effect is only Rs. 41,44,991/- as per calculation made by the Department. Hence, the Miscellaneous Application is dismissed. 3. In the result, Misc.
