At the very outset, the Ld. AR for the assessee wants to withdraw the present Miscellaneous Application in light of the assessee opting for resolution under the provisions enumerated in the Direct Tax Vivad Se Vishwas Act, 2020 (‘the VSV Act’). 2 MA No.41/PUN/2021 3. On the other hand, the Ld. DR has no objection in case the assessee wishes to withdraw the Miscellaneous Application. Hence, we permit the withdrawal. The Miscellaneous Application of the assessee is dismissed being withdrawn. 4. In the result, the Miscellaneous Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
