In view of the above submissions the ld. Counsel requested that the Misc. application may be treated as withdrawn. 3. The ld. DR has no serious objection. 4. On hearing both the sides and perusing the order of the Tribunal, the Misc. application is dismissed as withdrawn. 5. In the result, the Miscellaneous application is dismissed.
