This Miscellaneous Application No.558/Mum/2023 is filed by assessee in ITA No.1237/Mum/2023 for A.Y. 2008-19 pronounced on 19 th July, 2023, wherein the Miscellaneous Application states that following corrections are required in the appellate order. 02. We have heard the learned Authorized Representative and learned Departmental Representative and also perused the order of the co-ordinate bench and we find that the Miscellaneous Application states certain errors which are Page | 2 MA No. 558/Mum/2023 Ballaleshwar Sahakari Patpedhi Maryadit; A.Y. 18-19 though typographically in nature but requires correction. Therefore, we correct the order dated 19 th July, 2023 as under:- i. In Paragraph no.4 at serial no.1 of the table, bank deposit interest is corrected at ₹1,84,45,120/- instead of 1,08,45,120/-. ii. At page no.5 in line no.8, instead of Section 80P(2)(d), Section 80P(2)(a)(i) is corrected. iii. On page no.6 in paragraph no.9(i), instead of Section 80P(2)(d), Section 80)(2)(a)(i) is stated. iv. On page no. 6 in paragraph no.9(i), instead of Section 80P(2)(d), Section 80P(2)(a)(i) is stated. 03. In view of the above correction, the Miscellaneous Application is allowed.
