M.A. No. 9/Asr/2023 2 2. The ITAT Amritsar Bench passed the combined order against a common issue. The assessee’s issue was also covered with this common order. During hearing, the assessee through the legal representative filed a petition & mentioned that the issue which is raised in the miscellaneous application was resolved and duly rectified by the revenue related to section 115BAA. So, the assessee is ready to withdraw the application. Accordingly, the miscellaneous application of the assessee is dismissed and stands as withdrawn. 3.
