KUMAR, VICE-PRESIDENT:- This appeal has been filed by the assessee against the order dated 25.06.2025 passed by the Ld. Commissioner of Income-tax (Appeals), National Faceless Appeal Centre (NFAC), Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the “Ld. CIT(A)”), under Section 250 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”) for Assessment Year 2019-20. 2. At the time of hearing, the Ld. AR appearing on behalf of the assessee filed a letter dated 13.01.2016 seeking permission to withdraw the present appeal. The Ld. DR raised no objection to the withdrawal of the appeal. Considering the request made by the assessee and in the absence of any objection from the Revenue, we permit the assessee to withdraw the appeal. 3.
