(b) Issue such other writ and directions as this Hon’ble Court deemed fit while considering the peculiar circumstances of the case in the interest of justice. (c) Dispense with the filing of translation of vernacular documents produced in the above case. 2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner prays for an early disposal of the appeals pending before the 3rd respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the appeals had been pending on the file of the 3rd respondent for almost 7 years.
