At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the assessee has filed the application for withdrawal of the appeal in view of the fact that the assessee has opted for Direct Tax Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme, 2024 (DTVSV) to settle the tax issues involved in this appeal. He has filed Form No.2 signed by the designated authority and submitted that the assessee has already paid the entire tax arrears so raised vide challan dated 10.02.2025. As per the DTVSVS, the assessee has filed acknowledgement having filed Form No.3 along with the proof for withdrawal of these appeals. Accordingly, he prayed that the assessee may be permitted to withdraw the appeal. The Learned DR has raised no objection for withdrawal of the appeal. 3. तदि सधर, इस मधमले को ध्यधि में रखते हुए नक करदधतध िे कर निर्धारण वर्ा अर्थधात 2015-16 क े संबंर् में कर म द्दों को निपट्धिे क े नलए डीट्ीवीएसवी कध नवकल्प च िध है, करदधतध को म द्दों क े अंनतम निपट्धि क े नलए अपील वधपस लेिे की अि मनत है। यनद इि अपीलों में शधनमल कर नववधदों कध निपट्धरध नकसी भी कधरण से डीट्ीवीएसवी क े तहत िहीं नकयध िधतध है, तो करदधतध सीमध की शता क े अर्ीि अपीलों को प ििीनवत करिे की मधंग कर सकतध है। तदि सधर, करदधतध की अपील को वधपस नलए िधिे क े रूप में खधररि नकयध िधतध है। 3. Accordingly, in view of the matter that the assessee has opted for the DTVSV to settle the tax issues in respect of the assessment year i.e. 2015- ITA No.1009/Hyd/2024 3 16, the assessee is permitted to withdraw the appeal for final settlement of issues. In case, the tax disputes involved in these appeals are not settled under the DTVSV for whatsoever the reason, the assessee may seek revival of the appeals subject to the condition of limitation. Accordingly, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn. 4. पररणधमस वरूप करदधतध की अपील वधपस लेिे क े कधरण खधररि की िधती है। 4.
