ACIT CO No. 06/RPR/2016 आदेश / ORDER PER RAVISH SOOD, JM: The present cross-objection filed by the assessee is directed against the order passed by the CIT(Appeals)-1, Raipur dated 08.08.2016, which in turn arises from the order passed by the A.O u/s.143(3) of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (for short ‘the Act’), dated 28.03.2013 for assessment year 2010-11. 2. At the very outset of hearing, it was submitted by the Ld. Authorized Representative (for short ‘AR’) for the assessee that as per instructions he seeks to withdraw the present cross-objection. 3. Per contra, the Ld. Departmental Representative (for short ‘DR’) did not raise any objection for seeking withdrawal of the present cross objection by the assessee. 4. In the backdrop of the aforesaid concession of the Ld. AR, we, herein, permit the assessee to withdraw the captioned cross-objection. 3 Shri Harminder Singh Hora Vs. ACIT CO No. 06/RPR/2016 5.
