At the very outset, the ld. counsel for the assessee drew our attention to SA No. 336/DEL/2024 which was disposed off by this Tribunal vide order dated 27.09.2024 and pointed out that this Tribunal has already granted stay and the present application is only for extension of stay. 3. The ld. counsel for the assessee submitted that the quantum appeal was initially fixed for hearing on 15.01.2025 and on the request of the Revenue, the appeal was adjournment and the stay granted is expiring on 24.03.2025. The assessee submitted that the delay in disposal of the appeal is not attributable to the assessee and requested for extension of the stay already granted. 4. We have carefully perused the order of this Tribunal [supra] by which stay was granted. We find that on 15.01.2025, which was the date of hearing of the appeal, the appeal was adjourned at the request of the ld. DR to 20.05.2025. 6. On the given facts, we extend the stay already granted for the outstanding demand for a period of six months or till the disposal of the 3 SA No. 196/DEL/2025 Goodyear India [A.Y 2020-21] appeal, whichever expires earlier, subject to the same terms as has been mentioned in earlier order of the co-ordinate bench while granting stay. 7.
